Nancy Zampella, MS, E-RYT, has been a full-time yoga educator since 2001, helping her students reap yoga's therapeutic and joyous benefits. She regularly teaches group classes and workshops on topics such as: Yoga & Nutrition for Weight Loss, Digestive Wellness, Cancer Prevention, Anti-Inflammatory Yoga & Nutrition: Remedies for Arthritis, Allergies & More, Yoga & Nutrition for Insomnia, Holistic Stress Management, etc.

As a holistic nutrition consultant, Nancy considers all the aspects of a client's lifestyle (diet, self-care habits, stress level, exercise and sleep habits, etc.) to discover how they affect the total state of that individual's health. By recognizing each person's biochemical uniqueness, Nancy works with her clients to develop individual health protocols using diet, supplement, botanical, and lifestyle suggestions intended to complement the body's natural healing abilities. She obtained her Master's degree in holistic nutrition from Hawthorn University in 2010.

A writer since an early age, Nancy has a B.A. in Journalism, and worked for many years as a marketing, advertising, and web content professional. She currently makes her living part of the time as a freelance writer, and has written extensively about yoga and nutrition for many organizations and publications including Sarasota's own Natural Awakenings and Positive Change magazines.

Nancy is available to lead seminars, workshops, and presentations for corporate audiences as well as for government, social and civic organizations. Her programs are always educational, inspirational, and entertaining! While her programs are universally applicable to a wide variety of audiences, each program is customized to suit the individual organizational objectives.
